Does Seattle Have Enough Fried Chicken Restaurants? - Eater Seattle

"Brendan McGill’s Bar Solea, a downtown pizza-focused Italian restaurant, opened just over a year ago, and now it’s closing — at least for now. “We’re temporarily turning off the lights,” McGill, who owns Hitchcock Restaurant Group, said in a press release. “We look forward to coming out of hibernation once folks decide to return to the office in our part of downtown Seattle.” The last day of service will be December 23. Downtown’s recovery from pandemic lockdowns has been a closely watched story this year, and the latest indicators show that only about half of downtown office workers have returned to their desks." - Harry Cheadle
