"Maya Modern Mediterranean is a new addition to Casa Linda Plaza, created by Russell Birk, also known for Woodlands American Grill. The restaurant offers a range of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes, including hand-rolled beef kebabs and various hummus flavors like Nutella, chocolate, and peanut butter.
