Respected Caterer Closes Its Locally Focused West Seattle Restaurant - Eater Seattle
"Respected, locally focused catering company Herban Feast closed its West Seattle restaurant, Fresh Bistro, last weekend after nine years in the busy Junction neighborhood. Though proprietor BJ Duff confirmed the news with the West Seattle Blog, he did not specifically say why he chose to close, saying that there were multiple reasons. Like Herban Feast, Fresh Bistro focused on local ingredients for its menu of global comfort food.
