Pop Pie and Stella Jean’s Expanding to Pacific Beach and Further North | Eater San Diego

"I learned Stella Jean’s Ice Cream — a small-batch scoop shop — will join Pop Pie Co. in the same 1,100-square-foot Garnet Avenue space in Pacific Beach, operating side-by-side like their existing joint storefronts in University Heights and Costa Mesa and their newest cafe in Point Loma. The founders expect the beach outpost to open by the end of February, and Stella Jean’s expansion plans include a walk-up ice cream window as part of a multi-tenant hub in Carlsbad as well as additional locations tied to the Sweet and Savory Collective’s broader growth, including a planned South Park spot on 30th Street later this summer and more sites in North County and Orange County." - Candice Woo
