"Waldorf Astoria Washington DC’s seasonal high tea is enjoyed under the soaring skylight and crystal chandeliers in the hotel lobby’s atrium ($120 per person). Dainty bites include cucumber caviar sandwiches on spinach bread, chocolate peppermint macarons, and “hot cocoa” custard.
