Clubhouse Deli Debuts at Rampart Casino | Eater Vegas

"On the Promenade that links the casino to the Palms Tower, I found the Clubhouse Deli has debuted a full roster of favorites with house-made deli-case choices for locals to take home and seating on the main thoroughfare next to Starbucks. The menu lists cold sandwiches such as the $15.99 Parma (prosciutto di Parma and fresh mozzarella), an $11.99 “Bold Turkey Club,” and an $11.99 Buffalo chicken; hot sandwiches include a $16.99 classic Reuben or pastrami, a $13.99 meatball, and a $12.99 turkey pesto. Patrons can build their own sandwiches (6-inch $6.99, foot-long $11.99), and the deli also serves salads, chili, soups, wings, burgers, and hot dogs. For breakfast there’s a $7.25 bagel and lox and a baker’s dozen for $14.99, and inside the deli case I saw house-made tuna or chicken salad at $11.99 for eight ounces, plus egg, potato, macaroni, and seasonal fruit salads." - Bradley Martin
