"A 3,002-square-foot Filipino fast-food outpost opening in the Eastern Commons retail center on the Eastern Avenue side near Horizon Ridge Parkway. The fourth local expansion is currently hiring and will include a drive-thru and outdoor patio seating; initial plans estimated hours of roughly 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The menu is planned to feature signature items such as Chickenjoy fried chicken, spaghetti, fiesta noodles, peach mango pies, halo-halo desserts, and breakfast joys, and the location will join a strip of quick-service options anchored by a nearby supermarket." - Bradley Martin
