"Boat restaurant Hudson’s at Pier 81 is hosting a luxe new guest chef dinner series on the water, dedicated entirely to caviar. Noted chefs will prepare menus that feature both foods and drinks incorporating white sturgeon caviar. For the first dinner, on October 14, teen chef Flynn McGarry will prepare the menu. Prominent Brazilian chef Alex Atala follows on October 21, and James Beard award-winning chef Zakary Pelaccio will take over on October 28. The dinner includes five courses, and tickets are $199 for table seating and $169 for bar seating. The ship will sail to the Statue of Liberty and back during the course of the meal." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya
