Oceanside’s Getting Some Modern Italian Flair This Fall - Eater San Diego
"Blade 1936 is a modern Italian eatery set to open in Oceanside this September. It features a menu created by Milan-born chef Mario Cassineri, known for his contemporary Italian cuisine, including dishes like salmon with leek sauce and lobster farrotto. Partner John Carlo Ferraiuolo will use a custom Stefano Ferrara brick pizza oven to craft Neapolitan pizzas. The venue will offer dinner daily, weekend brunch, and a full bar.
