"Whippersnapper, located at 1806 McMillan Avenue, will reopen this week as The Leaky Cauldron from the Harry Potter series of books, featuring a nearly identical exterior façade and interior design as the original. In Dallas, The Leaky Cauldron will feature themed drinks, photo ops, nightly entertainment, and more Harry Potter additions.
