"A winery venue that hosts a chef-in-residence program designed to center chefs of color by pairing their cuisine with wines in a fine-dining, tasting-room setting. The program commissions multi-course pairing menus, cheese pairings, and chef’s-table dinners and works closely with the venue’s kitchen and staff so visiting chefs can present food they want to cook while the staff learns new ingredients and techniques.
