"I noted the SNF Grill visited Clark County Fire Department, Station 18 on Thursday, October 22, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; the stop was invitation-only and ticketed for employees and first responders, offered the SNF Grill menu (Vegas shrimp cocktail, carne asada torta, Ninth Island footlong hot dog, and charred vegetable and toasted farro salad), required registration, limited service to roughly 50 fans per hour, and required social distancing and masks." - Susan Stapleton
