"Located at the Gables Water Street development at 5238 N O’Connor Boulevad #136 in Las Colinas, chef Felipe Armentado duplicated his Fort Worth seafood grill with a new sister restaurant in Irving. The menu runs the gamut from sushi rolls to East and West coast oysters to miso-glazed salmon, with items like slow-braised short rib and veggie burgers for those who aren’t into fish. The space features clubby leather banquettes in the dining room, a semi-open kitchen, a horseshoe-shaped bar, a wine room, a patio equipped with a fire pit, and a view overlooking Lake Carolyn." - Adele Chapin
