"Known for its showcase of cuisines from around the world, this Montrose restaurant sticks to its theme with its global steak night. Held on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., diners can choose between three different steak preparations for $30. The cast-iron seared rib-eye comes with a rosemary compound butter and a green bean casserole, with the optional pairing of a Southern Gentleman cocktail or a glass of cabernet sauvignon. Go simple but still flavorful with the steak frites au poivre, served with herb compound butter, pink peppercorn demi-glace, and chef fries with truffle aioli. Oot for the Brazilian picanha served with roasted chimichurri vegetables or the Japanese-style Texas wagyu seasoned with furikake and served with miso eggplant. Each steak is also paired with a featured cocktail or glass of wine." - Brittany Britto Garley
