"Just about four months after its debut at Le Meridien Houston, the chef’s contract to run the hotel restaurant was terminated; Bryan Caswell and his wife Jennifer are no longer affiliated with the restaurant they opened and, according to the Houston Chronicle, are “in discussions with an attorney” about how to proceed. Jennifer said they weren’t provided the ability to do their job the way they were hired to do, while the hotel’s owners framed the move as allowing the Caswells to focus on reopening their damaged flagship, Reef.
