"Announced to great reader fanfare in October, this heavy metal and South American folklore–themed taco restaurant and bar from Austin Lane will specialize in trompo (spinning rotisserie) al pastor tacos, homemade tortillas, and a focus on agave spirits; the bar program will be run by Jennifer O’Blenis. The space is designed to include a restored Airstream, a large shaded dining deck and an outdoor “entertainment area,” plus a smaller interior dining room with a bar.
