Babu Ji Officially Calls It Quits, Sells Space to Nepalese Restaurant - Eater SF

"Babu Ji was a hip Indian eatery located at 280 Valencia Street, San Francisco, which closed suddenly in December. The closure was initially framed as a shift to a delivery-only model by chef Jessi Singh. However, the owners, Jessi Singh and Jennifer Singh, eventually moved their efforts to Santa Barbara, where they opened Indian wine bar Bibi Ji. Babu Ji still operates a New York City location, now owned by restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow." - Caleb Pershan
