Aria swaps out Burger Lounge for its own restaurant next to the poker room | Eater Vegas

"Opened by MGM Resorts International on June 11, this new burger restaurant replaces the former Burger Lounge (which closed May 31) and restores burgers to the casino floor for the first time since the 2013 closure of the Skybox Sports Bar & Grill. The menu centers on decadent and classic offerings — including an ultra-posh burger with wagyu beef, foie gras, truffle and gold dust; a half‑pound super deluxe wagyu steak burger with house-made steak sauce, white cheddar, onions and pickles; a truffle mushroom double cheeseburger with sautéed mushrooms and onions, garlic truffle sauce and truffled Gouda; an Impossible burger; a spicy Buffalo fried chicken sandwich; and a breakfast burger with an organic fried egg, American cheese, tomato and mayonnaise. Sides include french fries, onion rings, jalapeño tater tots, loaded cheese fries and a garden salad, and shakes such as chocolate banana and salted caramel are available.
