Atla’s New Lunch and Dinner Menu Nixes Breakfast - Eater NY

"Atla is cutting breakfast starting Thursday, November 1. The Noho restaurant by two of the world’s most famous Mexican chefs, Enrique Olvera and Daniela Soto-Innes, now opens at 11 a.m. daily with a new menu featuring lobster salpicon tostada, ceviche negro, and corn pancakes with apple jam. The change-up is intended to place equal emphasis on lunch and dinner, as is custom in Mexico City, a spokesperson says. In other news, the Aviary’s Marisol Corona has been tapped as the new chef de cuisine. See the full new menu below." - Carla Vianna
