"San Ginés will be opening in the Zilker neighborhood 2072 South Lamar Boulevard starting on Friday, November 15. The Austin location will work much like its Miami one, featuring signature churros with sauces and toppings like chocolate, dulce de leche, and rainbow sprinkles. The cafe offers Spanish tortillas, paella, croquettes, breakfast dishes, croissants, and sandwiches. Drinks include coffee, hot chocolates, and juices. The layout includes a main building and a food truck for churros, chocolate, and ice cream. The first day of service is limited from noon to 10 p.m. A food truck, Olé by San Ginés, opened in the spring at Padel Club Austin, offering cafe dishes but not churros, operating from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily." - Nadia Chaudhury
