The Best New Restaurants in Brooklyn, March 2025: According to Eater Editors

"Kellogg’s Diner is so very back, as the Williamsburg institution opened the doors to a new chapter. Some may question whether Kellogg’s is still a diner by its strictest definitions (it now takes Resy, for one). Either way, the food at Kellogg’s is delicious and remains affordable. The menu — much of it Tex-Mex — includes enchiladas, poblano meatloaf, fried chicken with mac-and-cheese, housemade flour tortillas, strawberry pretzel salad, and one of most minty ice cream sundaes around (skipping dessert is not an option!). The best part? It’s now in service 24/7." - Emma Orlow
