The pastas are stone-milled and freshly made, the sandwiches incorporate bread cooked on a wood fire, and only the finest olive oils will be drizzled on the plate. It serves as a restaurant and a deli, open for lunch from Thursday until Sunday, until sold out. The dining room is small and includes rustic pantry shelves stocked with staples.
