Nonna Chef Julian Barsotti Will Open Two New Dallas Restaurants | Eater Dallas
"Chef Julian Barsotti is shifting his focus to Tex-Mex with a new spot on Lovers Lane near Inwood Village that expands on the ghost-kitchen menu he launched during the pandemic called 'Ritas & Queso.' The concept emphasizes comfort Tex-Mex staples — including gorditas, cheese enchiladas, and brisket tacos — and is intended as an homage to the city’s Tex-Mex cuisine.
