Hafez Persian Cuisine Expands to Chinatown | Eater Vegas

"A family-owned spot that’s been a locals’ favorite since 2014 (when it operated as Aria Mediterranean Restaurant), it recently rebranded under the same owner and chef while keeping the same menu and is relocating to a new site. The team is preparing a substantial remodel of a vacant space at 3900 Spring Mountain Road — a short walk from Meet Fresh and directly across from The Center at Spring Mountain — while the original location at the retail center on Rainbow Boulevard and Westcliff Drive sits about six miles northwest. Open Wednesday through Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the menu highlights traditional Persian dishes such as lamb shank, beef koobideh, chicken soltani, an assortment of stews and kabobs, and desserts like saffron ice cream and baklava.
