Eden East Chef Is Now Running Springdale Farm - Eater Austin

"Springdale Farm isn’t going away for now, thanks to Eden East’s Sonya Cote. The chef, who operates her restaurant Eden East right on the farm property at 755 Springdale Road, is taking over the farm, according to Austin 360. While Springdale Farm’s last day under founding co-owners Glenn and Paula Foore was on Saturday, June 30, Cote will reopen the farm on Saturday, July 7." - Nadia Chaudhury
