"Essensia has unveiled a revamped brunch menu featuring plenty of healthy-ish dishes from new chef de cuisine Diana Tandia. Highlights include the Blue Zone bowl with kimchi brown rice, sweet potato, and avocado and the avocado garden toast with beets, hummus, and watermelon radish. The drink menu includes cocktails like Passion and Spice and a classic Bloody Mary.
