The Patio Group Expanding to Encinitas | Eater San Diego

"Set to replace Open House Food + Drink on South Coast Highway, The Patio on 101 is expected to open in June 2018 with a design and menu similar to The Patio on Goldfinch in Mission Hills and The Patio on Lamont in Pacific Beach. It will serve Asian buns from the group’s Bao Beach as part of happy hour and late-night offerings, operate Tuesday through Sunday for weekday brunch, happy hour, dinner, late night and weekend brunch, and feature an outdoor lounge, a kids’ play area, and two bars—one of which will be named “Himmelberg’s” in remembrance of Joey Himmelberg." - Candice Woo
