"Sophie Smith's bakery, Butter & Crumble, is known for its vegan and gluten-free cake options, and has recently launched a viennoiserie program featuring puffy croissants dressed up in both savory and sweet flavors. The bakery operates out of a kitchen in a former Patxi’s Pizza location, now owned by Marina bar Westwood. Some of the notable items include a cross-laminated pecan pain Suisse, cinnamon pains au chocolat, a pistachio cardamom sugar croissant, an everything bagel ham and cheese croissant, and the standout bacon egg and cheese croissant.
