"The meatless Mexican restaurant will be closed starting after service on Sunday, March 30, until further notice; it’s unclear whether the restaurant will return, or in what form. Owner Sarah Ramirez wrote on Instagram, “I’ve always been the person to rally for self-care and for my staff to take all the mental health days they need,” and added, “I have reached a point in my personal life where I can no longer be the boss that I aspire to be. Now I need to take my own advice.” Ramirez, a longtime manager at the restaurant, took over the business eight months ago from founder Keith Schubert.
