Houston’s Union Kitchen Is Hosting a Beyoncé-Themed Brunch in Celebration of the “Renaissance” Premiere | Eater Houston
"I'm excited that Union Kitchen is hosting a family-friendly Queen Bey–themed brunch at all five of its outposts (Memorial, Oak Forest, Cypress, Katy, and Kingwood) this Saturday, December 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The brunch will be soundtracked by Beyoncé’s full music catalog and features honeycomb-topped cocktails and spirited brunch fare: Blue Ivy blueberry muffins served with blueberry compote; Disco Cakes pancakes topped with colorful sprinkles and housemade honey butter; and Heated hot honey chicken tenders and waffle sliders topped with honeycomb and served with hashbrowns. For the 21-and-up crowd there are plenty of themed cocktails, including a Destiny’s Child Bubbles Board—a trio of champagne, prosecco, and sparkling rosé—and the vodka-based Beyhive made with elderflower liqueur, black tea syrup, lemon, and fresh honeycomb. Reservations are encouraged.
