"Two well-known Seattle restaurants are teaming up for a pair of French-focused pop-up dinners. An Instagram post said that Evan Leichtling and Shaun McCrain "hit it off sharing stories about cooking in Paris," with McCrain having worked in fine dining joints and Leichtling in more casual bistros, and that the dinners will "showcase the vast array of French styles" of cooking.
