"Foxtrot features one of the more unusual layouts in the Portland drinking scene: patrons order from an airstream trailer in the side yard and then have the option of sipping their concoction of choice from either the comfort of a Bictorian parlor or several carpeted outdoor pergolas. Much like the beloved Pied Cow it replaces, the food menu is loaded with snacky conversation food like tinned fish and escargot, perfect for late-night hangouts or whimsical first dates. The European touches extend to the drink offerings, which are split between traditional cocktails and “marianitos,” clever variations of the vermouth-forward pre-dinner pick-me-up popular in Northern Spain." - Ben Coleman
