Chef Curtis Duffy’s Fast-Food Spot Rêve Burger to Close in July - Eater Chicago

"Rêve Burger, an early pandemic side project from chef Curtis Duffy of the two-Michelin-star restaurant Ever, will permanently close on July 2. Initially launched in December 2020 by Duffy and business partner Michael Muser as a stop-gap measure during a ban on indoor dining, Rêve Burger sold griddled double cheeseburgers and fries. The operation eventually moved into a vacant building across the street from Ever and continued to draw fans. The building that houses Rêve will be razed for new construction." - Naomi Waxman
