"Paradise Dynasty, known for its colorful xiao long bao and other dim sum staples like pan-fried dumplings, steamed buns, and egg yolk custards, is opening upstairs. The space is designed with black, gold, and grey decor and features a large dining room and kitchen where diners can view the dumpling-making process.
