Lowertown’s Public Kitchen and Bar Gets a Brand New Justin Sutherland Menu | Eater Twin Cities

"Facing Mears Park, Public has gone through several chef iterations since first opening in the summer of 2014 under different leadership; Justin Sutherland has closed the American eatery and will re-open it with an entirely new food and drink menu starting tomorrow, August 21. The current kitchen overhaul is being led by Brandon Randolph, the chef who opened Pearl & the Thief in downtown Stillwater with Sutherland while Sutherland was away secretly competing on Top Chef." - Joy Summers
