"Perched on the 16th floor with views of the Great Wheel and the waterfront, Fog Room offers both indoor and outdoor spaces and leans midcentury modern inside, with a large mirror installation and otherwise innocuous decor that lets the view do the heavy lifting; furnishings mix chairs facing low tables, couches, and bar stools. The menu runs to small bites — day boat scallops, mussel escabeche, king salmon crudo, local oysters, stuffed piquillo peppers, grilled pork belly, and a local cheese board with fried green olives — and the drinks program ( overseen in part by former Rob Roy manager Jesse Cyr) includes cocktails like the Disarmer, a tropical blend of rum, banana, mole bitters, and an orange twist, plus an on-tap Twisted Bliss with mezcal, peach, manzanilla sherry, and a lemon twist." - Megan Hill
