"Founded in 2010 by chef Zhigang Wang—a veteran of the Aladdin Hotel and The Orleans—this off-Strip Japanese steakhouse built a local following for its sushi, hibachi grills, and teppanyaki tables. New permits indicate the brand is finally moving forward on one of the remaining empty pads at the Oso Blanca Pavilions, reversing a “coming soon” pause of more than ten months; earth-moving has been filed for and opening is estimated to take at least six months. The site was originally envisioned as a 4,200-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru, but the project will proceed as the chain’s sixth location. Expected menu highlights include sushi and sashimi specials, tempura and katsu entrees, cut and hand rolls, udon, and an extensive list of signature rolls." - Bradley Martin
