"In Tarzana I felt closest to Israel at Hummus Bar and Grill: servers and most patrons speak Hebrew, the food is as fresh and flavorful as anything on Dizengoff Street, and I ordered the Jerusalem Mix (chicken breast, thighs, heart, and liver spiced with cumin, sumac, and more, cooked over charcoal) along with hummus and pita.
