"Borracho Tacos got its start at Avanti F&B, bringing creative and classic tacos to the LoHi food hall, including a spit-roasted al pastor. Chef Kevin Chu has expanded the original six-taco menu for the new brick-and-mortar spot, with items like gorditas, tamales, quesadillas, and rotisserie chicken. Dishes are accompanied by a tequila-heavy new cocktail list. The Borracho Tacos stall at Avanti will remain open through spring for customers on the other side of Denver." - Josie Sexton
