"A three-night, six-course dinner (3–5 October) will feature Francis Mallmann — the Patagonia-based, Chef’s Table alumnus and self-styled troubadour chef — cooking in London for the first time. The tasting menu, paired with wines specially imported from Argentina’s Bodega Catena Zapata, includes smashed crusty Andean potato with smoked butter and caviar, corn humita with basil, and a slowly roasted rubia gallega rib eye on the bone; Mallmann called it “a perfect meal,” citing crusty potato and rib eye as two of his favorite ingredients. Tickets are priced at £280 excluding drinks.
