"By my second stop at a stand with walk-up and drive-thru options, Carniceria y Taqueria Don Juan delivered a balanced tortilla-to-meat ratio and, again, not-too-dry meat; the chorizo taco was easily the most perfect, not-overly-greasy chorizo I’ve had since leaving the Lone Star State, and the green sauce was so good and fiery that I spilled some on my hand and steering wheel and had to stop myself from drinking it straight from the plastic container — don’t sleep on the green sauce.
