Breakfast Burrito Kings Wake & Late Just Opened in Hollywood | Eater LA

"At 6334 Selma Avenue, I report that Wake and Late is opening a third Hollywood location on Sunday, September 29; to commemorate the occasion the new shop is giving away free food and drinks from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on opening day (diners can receive either a free breakfast burrito and drink or a free bagel plus spread and a drink, limit one per person). The latest outpost serves the same pared-down menu of breakfast burritos, bagels, coffee, and teas as its Downtown and Pasadena stores. Founded in 2018, Wake and Late is best known for sourcing mostly organic ingredients in its burritos, including pasture-raised eggs and handmade tortillas; two of its co-owners, Ben Richter and Alex Claster, acquired Burgerlords in June 2024 and closed the Chinatown location in August." - Cathy Chaplin
