"Salt & Straw is unveiling its Thanksgiving-themed ice cream flavors today, available through the end of November at all Bay Area locations: sweet potato casserole with maple pecans; roasted cranberry sauce sorbet; salted caramel Thanksgiving turkey; spiced goat cheese with pumpkin pie; and roasted peach-sage cornbread stuffing. The holidays have never tasted so sweet. Meanwhile, as Salt & Straw gears up to open a scoop shop in Palo Alto, the West Coast ice cream powerhouse is collaborating with Tacolicious Palo Alto to give Silicon Valley a sneak preview.
