"The Linq Promenade celebrates Halloween Oct. 27-31 with five nights of spooky fun. The outdoor area will be transformed into a haunted wonderland featuring trick or treating for locals and Caesars Entertainment employees from 2 to 6 p.m. each day, balloon artists, scary characters, and a costume contest on Oct. 27 at 6 p.m. that includes $15,000 in prizes.
