"Edgewater: Cajun and creole staple Pearl’s Southern Comfort has unveiled a Mardi Gras menu that includes fried Louisiana alligator bites, powdered sugar-dusted beignets, and king cake from Gambino’s in New Orleans, according to an Instagram post. Bartenders are also slinging hurricanes, Walking on Sunshines (gin, apertivo spritz, sparkling wine), and Grandma Pearl’s hot bourbon cider.
