"Located in an old Jaguar repair shop, this small distillery produces an apple-wine–based glögg infused with raspberries, aronia berries and pomace from a local winery, then fortified with housemade dry gin and blended with traditional Christmas spices; the 2023 vintage specifically features allspice and rosemary. The operation also bottles a glögg-inspired Winter Negroni made from its dry gin, red bitters, cold-pressed cherries and black currants, plus a nonalcoholic version that swaps gin for juniper and bitters for rowan, lingonberry and wormwood. Both alcoholic and nonalcoholic preparations can be enjoyed over ice with a slice of orange or heated on a cold day." - Per Styregård
