"A premium American Express airport lounge in Concourse D at McCarran International Airport (opposite Gate D1) now features a seasonally rotating menu by chefs Kim Canteenwalla and Elizabeth Blau of Honey Salt, highlighting local and regionally sourced ingredients. American Express Platinum and Centurion Card Members can order both healthy and indulgent items, including Kim’s weekend frittata, the grain power salad, green goodness juice, kale and Anaheim pepper mac ’n cheese, Grandma’s turkey meatballs, and desserts such as brioche caramel bread pudding and mini monkey bread.
