Terry’s temporarily convert its Westlake dining room into one of nearly 180 Travis County polling sites for November 3 while continuing to serve customers via drive-thru and third-party delivery; CEO Todd Coerver said the Westlake location was chosen as “an area of need.” Internally the company encouraged employees to vote, provided election resources for Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties, offered to coordinate rides to polling sites, and gave staff an hour of paid time off during early voting while stressing that it was not advocating for any political party or candidate." - Nadia Chaudhury
