"A healthy-leaning Mexican chain's new Hollywood outpost occupies a 5,000-square-foot corner in an older brick building at Sunset and Seward, retaining original details like exposed wooden beams and arched windows. Inside, guests will find abundant greenery, teal-and-gold accents, and Instagram-friendly signage that reads "Let Them Eat Tacos," plus a sizable bar and lounge serving margaritas and other cocktails. The kitchen offers the chain's organic Mexican lineup—tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads—available for dine-in or takeout. The concept already has eight locations from Santa Monica through the Beverly Center to San Diego. It sits across Seward from Curtis Stone's Gwen and next to Hearth & Hound on Sunset; the official opening is August 31 with daily hours from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m." - Farley Elliott
