"Opening June 3 at 2263 Chestnut Street in the Marina, this new bar is led by a team of seasoned San Francisco operators and features a food program by chef Deiber Tzab described as seasonal, thoughtful, and meant to be shared. The menu focuses on shareable bites — brie puff pastry with rosemary-fig jam, lettuce cups with sesame chicken salad and crispy rice noodles, three types of sliders, chicken skewers — plus desserts like red velvet cake pops enrobed in white chocolate with sprinkles and snickerdoodle old-fashioned doughnuts. Drinks follow a farm-to-bar philosophy that highlights garden-grown ingredients, producing vegetable- and fruit-forward cocktails (examples on the opening menu include a vodka-based tomato-basil-green bell pepper-citrus cocktail, a gin drink with carrot, saffron, honey, and lemon, and a tequila-and-Chartreuse cocktail with a berry shrub), with six beers on draft plus two wines and two cocktails available on tap; cans, glasses, and nonalcoholic options using the same farm-to-bar approach are also planned.
